17 years as an investment broker for a number of wall street firms including EF Hutton, Shearson & Merrill Lynch. Responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over $50,000,000.00 in client assets. In the last 7 years of the 17, Terry was the founder & president of his own investment banking firm. He had 30 direct reports and transacted over $8,000,000.00 in a three-period of IPO’s, debt offerings & private placements. The firm was sold in 1996.

In the past 25 years, he has been in client advisory services within the small & medium-sized business marketplace, ($1,000,000.00-$100,000,000.00). He has worked at the C-Level with over 800 individual companies and thousands of employees, advising and training in a number of different disciplines and areas including financial, operational, organizational, human resource & sales development. He has created & implemented training programs for many clients in the past for mid-level & senior-level management. Co-Founder & Managing Partner for Strategic Business Directs.

He has worked with a number of national associations across a variety of different capacities including strategic planning, training, webinar production, CEU educational content creation & professional development training programs for the membership. In 2017, he was a speaker at the National Court Reporting Association. He continues to provide advisory services to our individual clients on a national basis.

Over the last 10 years, he has directed acquisitions and business absorptions within 2 primary industries, the legal court reporting industry & the chiropractic space including integrated practices. He can provide support in both the pre-acquisition and post-acquisition. The areas of support are comprehensive covering operations, financial, implementation & marketing.

He is the creator & Managing Principal of SnapBiz. SnapBiz provides management consulting using online educational & informational content, along with zoom & onsite visits, to provide a small business owners with a pathway to create control from confusion within their day-to-day operations.
